One of the best ways to get rid of a hangover is to PREVENT it in the first place. The easiest way to do this is to not drink at all. But, that’s not realistic, so you can put a sign up at your house or perhaps write a note to put in your purse or wallet that says something like “Stop Drinking now…”. Some kind of reminder so you won’t drink too much and suffer the next day.
Another prevention method is to drink plenty of water before you go to bed. Or, better yet drink one or two bottles of Vitamin Water before sleeping. This is a very good method indeed.
Take an aspirin before bed helps, too.
Eat a fairly healthy meal before you go to bed if you have had a lot to drink. The food will help absorb the alcohol and tastes pretty good especially at 2:00 am.
If you haven’t taken any steps to prevent a hangover, then it’s time to combat your hangover with some time tested cures. Drink plenty of water and take a multivitamin.
