I have finished week two of the One Hundred Push Ups program and kind of struggled this week. I screwed up and didn’t do my push ups on schedule, but… I did technically finish week 2. I was in the second column as I was in week 1, and in the end did 46 total pushups on day 3.
I’m not satisified with how I did this week, so I’m going to backtrack a little bit. At the start of week 3 it is recommend you repeat the week you struggled with if you feel like you’re falling behind. I’ve decided since I’m off schedule that I’m going to do week 1 this week and next week start fresh with week 3.
Not too much to add here except I notice that the first set of push ups seem to be the hardest. When you get warmed up with the first set the others aren’t quite as painful.
