In fact, many experts out there actually recommend that you carry out detoxification of your body at least once a year. It is honestly going to provide you with the greatest amount of success, if you find a plan that you can make work (personal choice and taste can make a huge difference here). The reason for this is because Vitamin C helps to produce something in your liver known as Glutathione. This helps to drive toxins out of the liver.
