I saw your question on search.twitter.com and thought I could help.  Now that you have a domain name, I suggest installing WordPress on the domain and import your Tumblr posts.   You’ll rank better in the search engines, have more control over your blog and not have to worry about additional terms of service rules with Tumblr.

Hello Anderson!  Yes, there is… there are several ways, in fact.  The easiest way is to add one of the badges created by Twitter.  You can customize and get the code for them here.

You can also try installing a WordPress plugin such as this one called Twitter for WordPress.
