The Wrest Point Hotel in Australia has a remote control web cam on their room where you can watch people play tennis, sail their boats or dine outdoors. This web cam has streaming video as well as pan, tilt and zoom.

This cam comes to you from the Netherlands and gives you a live view from outside Groningen-Centrum Public Library. Watch people entering and exiting the library, walking and riding bikes on a sidewalk nearby or perhaps parking their bike along the sidewalk. This cam updates every second.

This is a pretty cool cam as you can move it around via the pan, tilt and zoom controls. It can be a little frustrating at times as you have to take turns using the cam which is currently 30 seconds a turn. But… if you are the only one in control you can move it around longer.

From the largest of the Virgin Islands, we present to you the St. Croix Cam. This cam is located in Christiansted Harbor on a boardwalk of sorts… and should give you plenty of people watching entertainment. I’ve seen quite a few people with cell phones on this cam, so I suspect people are calling home to have people watch them.
