Are you bummed out that you couldn’t make it to Barack Obama’s presidential inauguration in Washington, DC? Well, the best view really is in your own home or office. I went in the year 2000 and the weather was cold and icy and it was very crowded. By the time we got to the mall on the Capital, we were so far away you couldn’t see anything anyway. Stay home, save some money (to help stimulate the economy) and watch Obama get sworn in live on one of these webcams. Some are still, and some have streaming video with sound. Here are some of the better ones to choose from:
CNN Obama Inauguration Webcam – Watch the inauguration live in streaming video on CNN.com. Features live coverage of the 2009 inauguration , featuring streaming video, and live iReports from around the country.
Ustream.tv Obama Inauguration Webcam – Live streaming video with sound.
