This construction cam comes to you a construction site near a hospital somewhere in the United States. I have no idea where this cam is, but I do know it is in a very cold place! This is a live view – axis 214 PTZ network camera, so you can pan, tilt and zoom in all around you and get plenty of close up views of construction workers at the construction site as well as people coming and going from the hospital. This cam also has streaming video.
